Apricity is a low waste sustainable restaurant in Mayfair's Duke Street. The restaurant has consciously reconsidered everything they do, from displaying the menu, how they wash the dishes and who supplies them. British produce is championed, to promote its wonderful makers, growers and farmers, and to ensure flavour is paramount, as well as reducing its outputs.
